ring doorbell audio issues

I just installed Ring 2 and I have Audio from the doorbell to iPhone 7 Plus but no Audio back to the doorbell. If you find no conflicting apps or your have iOS, try removing the Ring app, rebooting your phone and then reinstalling the app to ensure you can hear the Live View! My phone is up to date with its iOS software and my ring app is also up to date. No success. i have a ring 3 brand new, it seems work fine, but sometimes the audio in the recording is silent for the first 15 seconds and then i can hear it, and sometimes it seems to don't catch motion and don't give me any alerts, settings to frequent, i am tempted to switch to nest hello honestly. Many thanks for the reply, here’s an example from this morning, while not dialogue you can hear the drop outs which sounds like stuttering which as you can imagine when dialogue is occurring means you miss pieces of words; The issue persists on all live view, recordings and devices that view the video. With that said, it’s quite bothersome to end up with a Ring Doorbell Video Cam that has audio issues.
